We talk about P&L management for our products, but we ignore the P&L of our own careers.

Most professionals treat their career like a “Savings Account”, passive, safe, low-yield. You submit a resume. You wait. You hope.

That is a losing strategy.

I treat the job market like a Stock Market.

  • Arbitrage: There are companies paying 30% premiums for your exact skill set right now. You just can’t see them.

  • Risk Hedging: Layoffs have leading indicators (earnings calls, hiring freezes). You should be exiting before the crash, not after.

  • High-Frequency Trading: A human cannot scan 50,000 roles a day. An AI Agent can.

I am tired of the “Employee Mindset.” So I am building an Operating System to kill it.

I am architecting a set of Autonomous Agents to:

  1. Scrape the “Hidden Market” (roles that never get posted).

  2. Rewrite my resume as a “Data Payload” to bypass ATS filters.

  3. Predict layoff risk using earnings data.

No more applying. No more hoping. Just Agentic Arbitrage.
